With a combined 30 years of experience in, parenting, marriage, human service, volunteerism, non-profit agencies and for profit corporations along with being appointed as Deputy Chief Chaplain within The Detroit Police Department.

Is what developed a background of service without judgement, for the purpose of motivating and inspiring women to Just Decide Today, to be a better you tomorrow.

Michelle is fueled by her passion in serving others and helping them recognize their power in decision making.

She consider herself a “Trophy of Grace”., One who believes humanity is Gods masterpiece created to live a life journey of experiences that will build resilience, joy and love for self and others.

To this point, Michelle, is a life learner who decided to go back to college at age 30, obtaining two bachelor degrees. Along with numerous certifications in, Decision Making, Critical Incident Stress Management “CISM”, Crisis Intervention, Trauma, Grief and Loss, Resilience and Adverse Childhood Experience (ACE’s).

These interdisciplinary studies is what have equipped her in serving others who deal with decision making. Her desire is to effectively share her knowledge so that information is turned into action.

Michelle is currently providing FREE Life Coach consultations. Changing the trajectory of women of all ages regardless of ethnicity or cultural background.
